THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 12.201-1, SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES.

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM TVAR SOLUTIONS, LLC A STORAGE DEVICE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE FOR AN EXISTING STORAGE UNIT. TVAR SOLUTIONS, LLC IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED DELL THIRD PARTY THAT CAN SERVICE THE DELL UNITY XT 400/480. TVAR SOLUTIONS, LLC IS ABLE TO SUPPORT THE 200TB OF SHARED DRIVES AT EFLHD, WORK WITHIN THE EXISTING WARRANTY, AND PERFORM SECURITY UPGRADES AND REPAIRS. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
