NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM TRANSOFT SOLUTIONS, INC. SUBSCRIPTION LICENSES FOR AUTOTURN PRO AND GUIDESIGN PLUS SOFTWARE. THE TRANSOFT SOLUTIONS GUIDESIGN PLUS AND AUTOTRUN PRO ARE THE ONLY SOFTWARE CURRENTLY AND, IN THE FUTURE, TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SIGN DESIGN AND STRIPING LAYOUT NEEDS, AND ENGINEERING TRAFFIC TURNING MOVEMENT AND ANALYSIS. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
