## Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.

THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, INTENDS TO PROCURE AN AUTOMATIC CONCRETE CYLINDER GRINDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM C 1856 AND SPECIFICALLY FOR ULTRA HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONCRETE (UHPC). THE AUTOMATIC CONCRETE CYLINDER GRINDER MUST MEET THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS OUTLINED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND COMPLY WITH AASHTO PP 99 AND ASTM D 7012. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
