## Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.

THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, INTENDS TO PROCURE A ROTATIONAL PADDLE VISCOMETER TO MEASURE EMULSION VISCOSITY IN COMPLIANCE WITH AASHTO M 140, AASHTO M208 AND AASHTO M 316 AND TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AASHTO T 382. THE ROTATIONAL PADDLE VISCOMETER MUST MEET THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS OUTLINED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 6 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
