**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM THE GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS, DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND NATURAL RESOURCES BUILDING PERMIT FEE FOR FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION PROJECT NP VIIS 100(3), VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK, LAMESHUR RD REHABILITATION. A VIRGIN ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DPNR) BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROJECT. COORDINATION WITH DPNR DIVISION OF PERMITS IS REQUIRED. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
