THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.

**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM TVAR SOLUTIONS, LLC A STORAGE DEVICE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE FOR AN EXISTING STORAGE UNIT. TVAR SOLUCTIONS, LLC IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED DELL THIRD PARTY THAT CAN SERVICE THE DELL UNITY 480XT. TVAR SOLUTIONS, LLC IS ABLE TO SUPPORT THE 200TB OF SHARED DRIVES AT EFLHD, WORK WITHIN THE EXISTING WARRANTY, AND PERFORM SECURITY UPGRADES AND REPAIRS. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
