## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT FOR BRAND NAME SOURCE JUSTIFICATION:** THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR AN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM (UAS) WITH LIDAR SURVEY SYSTEM. THE UAS WITH LIDAR SURVEY SYSTEM MUST DELIVER A FREEFLY ALTA X UAS PLATFORM, A YELLOWSCAN VX20-300 INTEGRATED SYSTEM LIDAR UNIT PLATFORM, CALIBRATION OF THE TWO SYSTEMS, SOFTWARE TO PROCESS DATA, AND TRAINING ON BOTH (UNMMANED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM AND THE PROCESSING SOFTWARE. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
