THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.

THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, INTENDS TO PROCURE A NEW XL 50 RIDGID GOOSENECK TRAILER, TO TRANSPORT DRILLING EQUIPMENT. THIS XL 50 RIDGID GOOSENECK TRAILER SHALL MEET THE REQUIRED DIMENSIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS OUTLINED IN THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
