IS THE ONLY SUPPLIER CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE REQUIRED FLOATING PLATFORM AND CREW NEEDED TO FULFILL THE REQUIRED SERVICE. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
