NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM GEOCOMP, INC. THE LOADTRAC II 10K LB CAPACITY FRAME WITH 24,000.00 CONTROLLER, PISTON, LOAD CELL ASSEMBLY, TRANSDUCER ASSEMBLY, SENSOR CALIBRATION, PISTON, CBR INDICATOR, AND NIST CERTIFICATE, AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
