THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.

NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE. THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, INTENDS TO PROCURE FGDC-4000/1, SINGLE-CHANNEL GPR DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM FOR DIGITAL AND ANALOG ANTENNAS. SYSTEM TO INCLUDE SIR 4000, SINGLE CHANNEL CONTROLLER, TWO BATTERIES, DUAL-SLOT BATTERY CHARGER, SUNSHADE, AND TRANSIT CASE, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
