## Description

THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE TESTING SERVICES TO EVALUATE CONCRETE MIXTURE DESIGN PERFORMANCE FOR TWO FLH BRIDGE DECK PLACEMENTS. SCOPE WORK IS EVALUATING A TOTAL OF 8 CONCRETE MIXTURE - 4 FROM EACH FLH BRIDGE DECK PLACEMENT. ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS ONE YEAR FROM EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDER BY GOVERNMENT. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS, TEST METHOD PROFICIENCY, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO SCOPE OF WORK. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
