THIS SOLICITATION IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES.

THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, INTENDS TO PROCURE, FROM A CERTIFIED TRIMBLE RESELLER, TRIMBLE EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
