**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE FROM JEAN LUTZ NORTH AMERICA, LOCATED AT 4370 BORDMAN-CANFIELD ROAD, CANFIELD, OHIO, DIAGNOSTICS OF CURRENT MONITORING WHILE DRILLING (MWD) SYSTEM ON EFL DRILL RIG AND UPGRADE OF THE SYSTEM, INCLUDING SOFTWARE UPDATES, INSTALLATION OF A NEW GATEWAY FOR REMOTE ASSISTANCE AND AUTOMATIC REPORT GENERATION AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFICIENT SENSORS.

THE MWD IS LOCATED AT THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION LOCATED AT 1827 JACK DELOZIER DRIVE, SEVIERVILLE, TENNESSEE 37876. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY. ALL RESPONSES MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS SHOWN ON THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
