## Description

THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, INTENDS TO PROCURE PRIMAVERA P6, ORACLE CORPORATION PRODUCTS. THE ORACLE SOFTWARE IS CURRENTLY IN USE BY ALL THREE FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY (FLH) DIVISION FIELD OFFICES AS THEIR PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (PMIS) TO MANAGE PROJECTS AND RESOURCES AND BUDGETS.

FLH WAS DIRECTED TO IDENTIFY A SINGULAR PMIS PLATFORM TO BE MORE EFFICIENT AND UNIFORM ACROSS FEDERAL LANDS AS WELL AS TO ADDRESS RISKS IDENTIFIED IN THE INVESTMENT REVIEW BOARD SUBMITTALS. TO MAINTAIN THIS SINGLE ENTERPRISE (ONE FLH) MANDATE, IT IS NECESSARY TO RENEW THE ORACLE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE ?AGREEMENT TO ENSURE THAT EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HAS ACCESS TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUIRED TO STAY CURRENT WITH IT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS AND GENERAL BEST PRACTICES.

THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2024, THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2025. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.

ALL VENDORS SUBMITTING RESPONSES MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED ORACLE RESELLER. DOCUMENTATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR RESPONSE.
