## Description

The objectives of this contract are:

Develop and provide Recreational Trails Program (RTP) technical assistance and training resources for States and project sponsors. Develop, operate, update, and maintain a searchable RTP database in cooperation with States. Develop and provide annual reports on RTP funding **AMENDMENT 4: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) extend the proposal due date to August 30,2024 at 12 Noon Eastern Time and 2) provide an estimated dollar value range for the life of the contract. The range is $1,000,000.00 to $1,500,000.00 TOTAL for the period of performance.
