## Description

Amendment 0003 extends the quote submission due time from 10 September, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to 5:00 p.m.Eastern Standard Time. No further extensions will be forthcoming.

Amendment 0001 Corrects a a typographical error on page 1. (See attachment) The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to provide all necessary material and labor to complete the installation of a new ABS/USCG approved Alarm and Monitoring System to replace the existing obsolete I.S.I.S 700C System. All the existing alarms and monitoring points will be part of the new system along with the requested additional tank levels. Designed into the new system will be 10 % additional digital and analog inputs and outputs on the Training Ship Freedom Star (TSFS). See attached documents
