## Description

In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use single source procedures to issue a contract with Siemens Industry Software for Siemens Mentor Graphics Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software licenses and maintenance services in support of the FAA Air Route Radar Systems program.
