Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC) at the Atlantic City International Airport FAA Ramp (ACY) to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) general aviation ramp. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 481111 entitled, “Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation.” The size standard shall not exceed 1500 employees. This requirement is set aside for competition amongst small businesses under the 481111 NAICS code. It is anticipated that the Government will make award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable responsible Small Business Offeror.
