The purpose of this ceiling increase and extension is to allow for the continuation of work currently performed under the associated Task Orders while the FAA executes its long-term strategy to competitively award an SSD follow-on under the Information Technology Innovative Procurement for Strategic Sourcing (ITIPSS) contract as soon as it is awarded and available for Task Order competition.
