In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to extend the contract period of performance for the current Air Shuttle Services contract, 692M15-18-D-00009 with East Coast Flight Services, Inc. for six (6) months, June 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024 on a Single Source basis to ensure continuity of Air Shuttle Services, while the FAA continues with competition for the follow-on contract.
