## Description

In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use single source procedures to issue a purchase order with APS Aerospace for the upgrade of the Flight Data Analytics Software, support, development, Aircraft configuration/occurrence and maintenance.
