## Description

The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Informa Tech Holdings LLC under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for the Seatrade Cruise Global 2025 Exhibition on April 07, 2025 through April 10, 2025. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561920. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
