The only local laboratory that has been identified and qualified to do this work is Alpha Analytical. Therefore, the Government intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Alpha Analytical. The period of performance will be from date of award through 12/31/2024. The anticipated award date is on or about 09/05/2024.
