## Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to provide the following questions and answers:

1. Do you have any preferred service providers?

**Answer:** No preference as long as the requirements stated on SOW are met.

2. Is there already cloud space available for the data to be collected?

**Answer:** No cloud space is needed; Volpe has their own SFTP Server infrastructure which we will transmit the data from our test sites to our SFTP Server.

3. Would you like this to be an independent service, or would you like to tie in with a nearby commercial entity?

**Answer:** Independent service 4. Will there be a site visit?

**Answer:** No. A google maps can give you all the information that is needed or go to the locations and get within 50 ft. of the actual location. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
