This 1.5-mile project includes: Bridge Preservation and rehabilitation work for the Gardner River High Bridge. The bridge located between Mammoth, WY and Tower, WY in Yellowstone National Park is in need of rehabilitation to prevent major issues associated with further deterioration. The primary objective of the proposed contract is to repaint the entire structure, repair miscellaneous concrete and steel elements, replace approach span decks, replace bridge joints, repair drainage system, and install a thin bonded epoxy deck overlay. Additional Project Details The scope of work will require a specialized contractor that is experienced in performing bridge preservation work, within culturally and environmentally sensitive areas, while maintain public traffic with no available detour or traffic diversion. The estimated period of performance will consist of a notice to proceed in April 2026 and a fixed completion in July 2027.
