This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Final plans and specifications are not available at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section.

This intent of this sources sought is for market research to determine contractors with the necessary experience and resources capable of performing this work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition.
