The attached preliminary plans are for the sample project, MT NP GLAC P HQ(3), GLAC HQ Parking Area Rehabilitation, Phase 3, and are being provided to aid in identifying the location and type of work for this project to aid in submitting a price proposal in response to the Idaho, Montana, and Surrounding Areas MATOC. The MATOC will be advertised during a period when viewing of the sample project site may not be possible due to snow. Therefore, prospective Offerors are encouraged to view the project site during fall as conditions permit. After November 8th, access will be weather dependent; contact the FHWA Kalispell region office manager Knud Martin for current road conditions, access requirements, and show me tours at 206-229-0552 or knud.martin@dot.gov.
