This is a sole source requirement to contract with Thermo Electron North America LLC To purchase hardware, a computer, and software
necessary to modify and upgrade our current THERMO Ion Chromatograph and connect it to our current High Resolution Mass Spectrometer. This
procurement includes both parts and installation.
