Air and Radiation Procurement Branch (OPB), under the authority of RFO Parts 12 and 13, is issuing a solicitation to award a sole source Hybrid (Firm Fixed-Price/Time and Material) Contract via FedConnect for Horiba Equipment Maintenance and Upgrade Services at NVFEL. This requirement will be fulfilled by Horiba (other than small business, UEI: ZMQHH8JJJUK8). The scope of work includes remedial and annual maintenance, as well as equipment and system upgrades on Horiba proprietary equipment and software, including Horiba-supplied equipment and/or systems. The performance period will be five years, with an estimated total value of $3.9 million.
