## Description

**RFQ Title:** Annual Retreat for the Office of General Counsel Agengy: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

**Program Office:** Office of the General Counsel The purpose of the modification is to post the Q&A from the RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the attached solicitation. The pricing document attached to the solicitation (Attachment 4) should be used by offerors to submit their price quote. Offerors must address all aspects of the Governments requirement as set forth in this RFQ including the technical evaluation criteria (Attachment 2).

Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted by 12:00 PM ET January 31, 2024 via FedConnect. Questions submitted after this due date may not be answered. Procedures under FAR 13.1 are applicable to this RFQ. Quotes received after the RFQ responses due date and time will not be accepted. The Government intends to issue a single award order based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote as defined in FAR 15, Subpart 15.101-2.

The Government will award to the lowest evaluated cost or price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose offer meets the minimum needs of the Government in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Technical acceptability is defined in the Technical Evaluation Criteria document (Attachment 2). The point of contact for this RFQ is:
