## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the announcement allowing five (5) additional days due to a transmittal error posing to SAM.gov. All interested parties must express their interest in writing via email to messer.david@epa.gov within five (5) days after the date of publication of this notice. No faxed documents will be accepted. If no responsive statements are received within five (5) days, an award will be made to Illumina, Inc.
