REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

**ONLY:** The purpose of this announcement is to provide government response to the vendor submitted questions and posting the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to the original sources sought (RFI) notice under the same title. Please see documents titled "Vendor Submitted Questions and Government Responses" for the questions and response. Please see attached document titled "121 - 6 QASP" for the full details of the QASP.

Response(s) shall be submitted on or before Friday, January 3, 2025 at 1500 Pacific Standard Time. When submitting a response, please provide your company's capability statement with regard to the requirement and ensure to provide responses to the questions. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Questions are re-attached.
