THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / MARKET RESEARCH ONLY to identify sources that can provide response services for emergency actions, time-critical removal response actions, non-time-critical removal response actions and early remedial actions, including drills and exercises simulating emergency actions, taken pursuant to any of the authorities cited above to Federal officials responsible for the activities described in the background for EPA Region III (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia).
