The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334220, “Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing”, with a business size standard of 1,250 employees. The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days of publication of this Special Notice. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above.
