This purchase order is intended to be awarded as a sole source procurement to ConMed for Dental Drill Maintenance Service. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for complete requirement details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 11:00 EST FEB 7, 2024. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to john.h.caicedo2@uscg.mil. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
