## Description

The Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract for the POAS-S Technology Configuration Update to ScriptPro USA Inc. The Government intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
