## Description

The Knowledge Management System and Services (KMSS) contract will provide comprehensive content development, dissemination, and website support for the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). PD&R is seeking a Contractor with experience delivering knowledge management services and program implementation support related to housing and community development. Services include:

**Content Development:** The Contractor shall create content, including PD&R publications, marketing materials, and web-based content.

**Dissemination:** The Contractor shall support PD&R’s outreach and communication efforts, including creating outreach plans, disseminating information via listservs, supporting PD&R events, and providing customer support.

**Digital Content Management and Updates:** The Contractor shall manage and update PD&R’s web content.

**Website Operations and Maintenance:** The Contractor shall operate, maintain, update, enhance, and expand PD&R’s web presence. The PD&R KMSS contract shall not be used to perform work of a policy, decision-making, or management nature; this work is inherently a Governmental function.
