Dissemination: The Contractor shall support PD&R’s outreach and communication efforts, including creating outreach plans, disseminating information via listservs, supporting PD&R events, and providing customer support. Digital Content Management and Updates: The Contractor shall manage and update PD&R’s web content. Website Operations and Maintenance: The Contractor shall operate, maintain, update, enhance, and expand PD&R’s web presence.
