Examples of the private security functions the contractors provide are fixed guard duties at Entry Control Points, towers, Ammunition Supply Points, and mobile/roving patrols along base perimeters and other designated routes. The requested period of performance (PoP) is 07 May 2024 through 06 November 2025 which is inclusive of a 15-month base period and a 3-month option period. The Government will utilize the base period to complete the source selection evaluation and award for the follow-on competition, Global Protective Services (GPS). The option period will be utilized in the event there is a delay in the source selection or a protest is filed. The estimated total dollar value of the bridge ________, which is inclusive of the option.
