## Description

This is a public notice for a Pre-Proposal Conference for the TCE-HR Lodging and Transportation requirement . Soliciation number: N3220526R6021. The conference will be held virtually via Teleconference on March 24, 2026 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please RSVP and submit all initial questions regarding this solicitation via email by March 26, 2026 at 12:00PM EST to the individuals listed below. The calendar invite and conference link will be provided once RSVP is received. Alvinia Jenkins / alvinia.r.jenkins.civ@us.navy.mil and Briana Veil / briana.k.veil.civ@us.navy.mil. Participation is voluntary but strongly encouraged.

**Conference Instructions:** Attendees will not be able to see or communicate with other participants. All attendees will be placed in a view-only mode. Questions shall be submitted through the Q&A function within the Live Event or in advance via email to alvinia.r.jenkins.civ@us.navy.mil and briana.k.veil.civ@us.navy.mil. The Government will respond to questions without identifying the submitting vendor. Responses provided during the conference are informational only. Official responses will be issued via formal solicitation amendment.
