## Description

This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The Federal Maritime Commission, Office of Management Services intends to make a sole source award to WPVIP Inc. for a FedRAMP Hosting - WordPress VIP Platform and the Application Support, Platform Plus. The sole source authority being used is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 13.106).

OMB issued a memo December 8, 2011, requiring Federal agencies ensure all cloud service providers comply with FedRAMP security authorization requirements and use FedRAMP authorized services when granting an Authority to Operate cloud services. FedRAMP is mandatory for all executive agency cloud deployments and service models at the Low, Moderate, and High-risk impact levels. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months (Febuary 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025)
