The venue must be a hotel located in Virginia or Washington, D.C., within seven miles of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

The hotel shall provide up to 55 sleeping rooms per night at or below the government per diem rate, with the option to release unreserved rooms on August 10, 2026. Guest rooms must be clean, well furnished, include standard amenities, free high?speed internet, and offer accessible rooms as needed. An onsite restaurant is required, and access to a clean, well?maintained exercise facility and business center is preferred. Parking must be available.

Meeting space requirements include one general session room for 60 participants, four breakout rooms seating 10 participants each, and one storage room available August 23–24.
