## Description

The Government intends to make a sole source award for the services of an EATON Corp technical representative to perform the inspection and electronic grooming of Winches #3,#4,and #5 aboard USNS GUADALUPE. EATON Corp is the Sole source for the servicing of CT Winches aboard MSC's T-AO Class of ships.
