This modification is required to fund anticipated and continued operational task orders to ensure uninterrupted services during the transition period before a competitively awarded follow-on contract can be finalized and phased in. STRATASCORP TECHNOLOGIES, the incumbent, is the only responsible source with the prepositioned personnel, security clearances, and operational continuity required to maintain mission-critical afloat IT support without disruption. Awarding to any other source would result in an unacceptable break in service due to time required for procurement, onboarding, and facility clearance processes. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it can fulfill this requirement without causing a disruption in critical mission support may submit a capability statement to the contracting office by the closing date of this notice.
