The DISA/SD43 has a critical continuing need to provide proprietary NG software development to support the operational and test messaging switch systems at National Gateway Centers (NGCs) located at Fort Detrick (NGC-D), the Pentagon (NGC-P) and Raven Rock Mountain Complex (NGC-R), specifically the Enhanced Communication Gateway System (ECGS) and the Secure Messaging and Routing Terminal Next Generation (SMART.neXt). The messaging switch components and software were previously purchased and installed by the Government, and the Government’s current need is for support for those components and software.
