Refer to the attached Statement of Work for complete requirement details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote and/or capability statement by 1100, 21 Feb 2024. Capability statements and quotes shall be sent via email to Amanda.L.Distasio2@uscg.mil. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
