REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

**NOTICE REFERENCE NUMBER N62470-25-R-0006 Title:** Military Construction Project (MILCON) P732 Design-Bid-Build, Electrical Distribution System Upgrades (Gosport Substation Only) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia. This RFI is being used as a market research tool to allow prospective contractors the opportunity to provide early feedback on the draft drawings and speci?cations and other details that are being considered for the solicitation. It is anticipated that this solicitation will require the use of project labor agreements and include FAR 52.222-33 and FAR 52.222-34.
