## Description

This Solicitation is reserved exclusively for the vendors of the $750M 8(a) MACC (Multiple Award Contract) Managed out of NAVFAC Washington

The Design Build project includes but is not limited to The Project scope is to Renovate building 416 to meet unique security requirements. The Interior Renovations, Electrical work, lighting renovations, Mechanical work, Fire Protection, Entry control, Interior Armory, interior 2nd floor Protected room, Exterior Fencing and Access control. Also to include Options for CLIN 0002 to procure Mechanical work of interior Air Handler units and CLIN 0003 to procure a Generator. The Location for the project is B416 NAS Pax River, MD. To provide all labor, equipment, and material to perform the renovation of B416 for secure location.
