## Description

**PLEASE NOTE:** An Addendum has been incorporated into this solicitation as of September 16, 2025 Argonne is seeking a responsible offeror for a helium liquefier and helium recovery system to produce a reusable liquid helium supply in support of a DOE Early Career Research Project titled A High-Luminosity Active Nuclear Target for Recoil Tagging Measurements. Please review the Instructions for Offerors prior to providing a response.

Proposals should include a completed ANL-70 Request for Quotation, ANL-70B Pre-Award Information, and a completed "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable- Procurement Strategy" addendum to supplier quote dated 09/05/2025. Any supporting proposal should include itemized pricing for all components required for successful operation. Please send any questions via email to the Contracting Officer. All responses will be posted publicly on SAM.gov for distributing to all prospective offerors. We look forward to your submission.
